Position: Customer Service Representative Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering excellent service, managing inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction. 4. Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company procedures. 5. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system. 6. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors as required. 7. Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been addressed effectively. 8. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new customer service team members. 9. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance. 10. Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with production facilities to ensure timely fulfillment. Working Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 Transportation: Shuttle service available from MRT Phetchaburi / Nong Chok Benefits: 1. Social Security 2. Bonus: Performance-based 3. Qualifications
  1. Strong command of written and spoken English.
  2. Excel - VLookup / PivotTable is require.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  4. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
