Vendor Management

•Lead negotiations and discussions to secure high-quality materials and reduce supply chain disruptions.
Problem Resolution
•Serve as the primary point of contact for material-related concerns, facilitating quick resolutions and maintaining vendor accountability.
•Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring supply chain issues.
Cost Management
•Coordinate efforts to manage claims, including debt reductions or replacement negotiations, to optimize operational costs.
•Support financial efficiency by ensuring minimal wastage and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work with internal departments, including R&D and logistics, to align material quality standards with production needs.
•Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights on supplier performance and material quality trends.
