Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Coordinate with production team , suppliers, forwarder and customer to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products. • Monitor and analyze production and delivery performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize holding costs inhouse and oversee. • Implement and maintain supply chain software and systems. • Conduct regular inventory audits and make recommendations for restocking. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business goals. • Oversee export activities, including coordinating with freight forwarders and overseas warehouses, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. • Report the overview, results of problems and solutions to the management team on a weekly and monthly basis.
