Job Descriptions
1. Supplier Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in Thailand and surrounding areas,
- particularly in the fields of plastics granules and surface treatments (silkscreen printing, spray coating, electroplating),
- based on the company's procurement needs.
2. Price Negotiation and Cost Control:
- Effectively communicate with suppliers to conduct price negotiations, ensuring procurement costs are within budget while maintaining product quality.
3. Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain supplier profiles, regularly assess supplier performance, and ensure suppliers continuously meet the company's quality standards and delivery requirements.
4. Procurement Process Optimization:
- Participate in the formulation and optimization of procurement processes to improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with domestic and international procurement teams, production departments, and quality departments to ensure the smooth progress of procurement work.
6. Handle all the purchasing tasks such as issuing P/R, P/O
7. Ability to manage ISO9001, ISO TS16949, ISO14000
8. Followed up quality and environmental Policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Materials Science, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in factory supplier development, with familiarity in the plastics granules and surface treatment industries preferred.
- Knowledge skill in ERP/MRP system and SAP is preferred
- Professional Skills: Familiar with procurement processes, market analysis methods, and supplier evaluation criteria, possessing good data analysis skills.
- Good communication in English and Chinese will be advantaged
- Able to relocate to Pathumthani for on-the-job training from May until August 2025.
