Job Descriptions
Analyze and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to equipment, materials, and production methods. Production Support: Collaborate with production staff to support daily operations, ensuring that production goals and quality standards are met. Quality Assurance: Monitor and control production quality, conducting inspections and tests as needed to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production processes, introducing new technologies, and implementing best practices. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process changes, equipment maintenance, and production metrics. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the production environment. Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices. System Maintenance and Updates: Oversee the maintenance and periodic updates of production, engineering systems and software, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. Implement system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing processes and equipment
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in metal fabrication
  3. Fluent in Thai. English and Chinese preferred.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks and ERP system , strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  5. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  6. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
