Job Descriptions
- Plan and Execute Ad Campaigns - Independently manage and launch digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with business goals. - Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance - Track key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to enhance results. - Conduct Audience and Keyword Research - Perform detailed research to identify and refine target audiences and optimize keywords for both search and display campaigns. - Develop and Test Creatives - Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and formats, and run A/B tests to identify top-performing variations. - Analyze and Report Results - Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights, providing clear recommendations for improving campaign outcomes. - Budget Management - Manage allocated budgets effectively, ensuring the best use of resources to achieve campaign objectives and ROI goals. - Fix Tracking Issues (Pixel/Conversion API) - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tracking, such as pixel implementation, conversion API errors, and ensuring accurate data collection for reporting. - Keep Up with Industry Changes - Stay informed about algorithm updates, emerging trends, and new ad formats, applying this knowledge to campaigns. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align ad strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Twitter.
  3. Proficient in ad platforms like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
  4. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and troubleshooting conversion API issues.
  5. Experience with A/B testing, performance optimization, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent.
  6. Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and actionable recommendations.
  7. Proven ability to troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues related to pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics discrepancies.
  8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  9. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for Pixel troubleshooting (optional but beneficial).
  10. Experience with e-commerce or retail industries is a plus.
  11. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
