Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning. - Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. - Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions. - Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Stay informed about changes in employment legislation. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment. - Provide guidance on company policies and procedures. - Conduct investigations and take appropriate corrective action when necessary. - Supervise IT team and Safety and Environment team
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Male/ Female
  3. Until around 45 years old
  4. Bachelor degree in relate field
  5. At least 5 years experience in HR filed
  6. At least 3 years experience in Assistant manager up position
  7. Have working experience in Japanese company
  8. Able to daily conversation in English (Speak, Read, Write)
  9. Have strong knowledge of Thai labor law
  10. Have Safety/environmental experience
  11. Have knowledge IT
