Job Descriptions

- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. - Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. - Troubleshooting the problem related to IT Infrastructure and customer's networks and security issues. - Route incident cases to proper teams to follow up and handle (both internal and external). - Provide reports to customers upon requests. - Provide technical phone support to customers. - Perform day to day operations and maintenance IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecom/ or related field.
At least 1-3 years experience in IT network infrastructure.
Understanding of basic network and LAN/WAN configuration such as Routing, Spanning tree, VLAN.
Experience in NOC/SOC would be an advantage.
Experience in Network or security would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and presentation skill and service-minded.
Have self learning skill and like to learn new things and new technology.
Creative thinking and good solve the immediate problem.
Good attitude(Can do attitude)
Fast learning
Good problem-solving skills.
CCNA certificate would be an advantage.
Comptia Security+ would be an advantage.
