Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of new employees across various departments. Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting communication, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers on performance reviews, and address performance issues as they arise. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth. Compensation & Benefits: Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws. Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and best practices, including managing employee contracts, policies, and workplace health and safety. HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the workforce is capable, motivated, and engaged.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resources management.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
