Candidates must be adaptable to rapidly changing technologies and have the ability to work off-site. A commitment to continuous learning, along with a problem-solving mindset, is essential for driving innovation and effective decision-making. - Program and troubleshoot PLCs on-site for clients - Design, assemble, and install electrical control panels - Plan and manage project timelines. - Provide on-site troubleshooting and immediate solutions to technical issues. - Research and implement automation systems to enhance production efficiency and quality. - Provide technical support, troubleshoot systems, and handle installation, testing, and maintenance of automation equipment. - Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with regulatory standards. - Stay updated on emerging trends in automation technologies to drive innovation and improvements. ---------------------------- - Experience in Mitsubishi Factory Automation - ***Advanced skills or higher in programming Mitsubishi PLCs.*** - Ability to understand control panel designs and perform assembly and installation - Proficient in reading and wiring electrical circuits - Skilled in wiring and installing electrical components both in factory buildings and in electrical control panels. - Willingness to work at off-site locations - Ability to work overtime, including on weekends and holidays - Able to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
***Advanced or higher skills in programming Mitsubishi PLCs***
3+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, automation systems, or related fields,
Proficient in understanding control panel designs and performing assembly and installation, as well as in reading and wiring electrical circuits
Stay updated on trends in automation technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willing to work off-site
Possess a valid driver's license and capable of driving a car
Willing to work overtime, on weekends, and during long holiday periods
