Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate trial sessions for prospective students, including meetings with parents. 2. Oversee the entrance assessment process, including preparing test papers, recording results, and handling related documents. 3. Arrange meetings with parents of assessed students in collaboration with the Admissions Manager. 4. Manage the enrollment process, including follow-ups on incomplete documentation and payments. 5. Maintain and update databases of new, registered, and prospective students. 6. Provide school information to prospective parents and guide them during school tours. 7. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally. 8. Support the school’s marketing efforts, including managing advertisements and marketing tools. 9. Welcome students at the school entrance according to the assigned schedule. 10. Prepare application kits for prospective families. 11. Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets), Canva, and other marketing tools.
  5. Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  6. Familiarity with managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  7. Video editing skills are a plus.
  8. Fluency in both Thai and English.
