Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมมาตรฐานการผลิต และแปรรูปอาหารเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัย พร้อมรักษาคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ 2. ดูแลพื้นที่การผลิตอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย กฎหมายอนามัยและสุขลักษณะ 3. ควบคุมเครื่องจักรกลที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตอาหาร และพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตให้ได้มาตรฐาน 4. ศึกษาแง่มุมต่าง ๆ ของอาหาร คุณสมบัติทางเคมี รสชาติ สีสัน รสสัมผัส คุณค่าทางโภชนาการ 5. หมั่นศึกษาความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับมาตรการอาหาร และงานวิจัยใหม่ ๆ ด้านวิศวกรรมทางอาหาร เพื่อนำมาพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตอาหาร 6. งานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา: Food engineer หรือ Food technologist หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในงานสายงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  6. สามารถคิดคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิต,วางแผนการผลิต,ดูแลอัพเดทเอกสารต่างๆ
  7. มีความเป็นผู้นำและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอกองค์การตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  10. มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
  11. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้
