Job Descriptions
•Establish and Mange a schedule for maintenance and routine checks of all systems •Set up check list report and manage a daily staff meeting •Training and test to staff control every month •Set up stock control for lighting spare part, electricity spare part, mechanical spare part etc.- •Set up a schedule for controlling all of systems such as.- oAir-conditioning System oEmergency Generator and Emergency Lights oFire Pump, Fire Alarm System, Fire Hose Cabinets, and Fire Sprinkler System oAll water pumps and Wastewater Treatment System oElevator System oTelephone, Internet, and CATV Systems oClose circuit Television •To perform research on how to improve business operations •To handle all building systems and set up service team to plan and execute Daily, Monthly and Yearly maintenance activities. •To ensure all safety repairs are done promptly and to adequately trained associates in the case of a fire and perform a Fire safety Training Course a least 2 times per year. •To develop and implement corrective and Preventive Maintenance system •To research ways to save electricity and water usage •To perform maintenance tasks in the event that staff or contractors are not available
Qualifications
  1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical of Mechanical Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in a management level and building construction
  3. Self motivation and committed with good interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Able to work independently, by user support oriented and be committed to customer satisfaction
  5. Able to us MS Project and Auto CAD
  6. Must have good command of English, written, spoken
