Job Descriptions
•Support all members of the Commercial Department to enable them to give the best possible response in a timely manner. •Analysis and review of the information received by the applicants in the different sample, claim and analysis processes. •Request for clarification and information to ensure the correct development of the processes. •Recurring consultations with the Field Technicians to ensure the following steps of the process, as well as resolution of technical queries. •Support to the field technician in the search for traceability of materials, alternative materials, sample status, etc. •Preparation of periodic reports of samples and claims on the commercial area for later analysis by the commercial team. •Monitoring of the sample, analysis and claim processes to know their status at all times. •Direct communication with the local Technical Assistance teams at the production centres, as well as R&D and Quality in order to speed up samples, analysis or study of claims. •Knowledge of processes and systems used to manage them. •Knowledge of products and applications, as well as their descriptions, coding and traceability.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial support role, project coordination, or a similar capacity.
  3. Preferably within the food manufacturing or industrial sector.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP, or CRM systems).
  6. Good understanding of production processes, product applications, and quality control standards.
  7. Good command of English in communication.
  8. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing claims and resolving technical inquiries.
