Job Descriptions
1.新機種導入制程排定，及良率追蹤。Schedule the process for introducing new models and track the yield rate.
2.Review 每日生產線Y/R及不良紀錄，並作改善，及追蹤.Review the daily production line Y/R and defect records, make improvements, and track them.
3．制程改進，Audit作業站的工程、作業導入狀況。Improve the process and audit the engineering and operation introduction status of the workstation.
4.工程問題資料收集、整合，並追蹤PE、QA、SQE、IQC的進度。Collect and integrate engineering problem data and track the progress of PE, QA, SQE, and IQC.
5.改善專案的導入.Introduce improvement projects
6.對每週預定之生產計畫做人力及生產速度之規劃，預期完成。Plan the manpower and production speed for the weekly production plan and complete it as expected.
7.每日檢討當日各生產線狀況，並做必要之處理及報告.Review the status of each production line every day, and make necessary processing and reports.
8.每日檢討品管部產品品質檢查狀況及對策報告.Review the product quality inspection status and countermeasures report of the quality control department every day.
9.督導生產線作業人員皆依公司發行之作業規範執行並隨時檢討與改善。Supervise the production line operators to perform according to the operating specifications issued by the company and review and improve at any time.
10.每日檢討各生產線生產力，並對異常提出處理報告（每週）Review the productivity of each production line every day, and submit a handling report for abnormalities (weekly).
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related field.
- Male and Female age 25-40 years old.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience related to electronics.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Able to work under high pressure and good attitude.
- Responsible, careful, strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, passion and patience for testing work
- Creative, proactive, meticulous.
- Acknowledge Ms word , excel ,auto CAD,PLC.
