Job Descriptions
- ดูแลงานบุคคล สรรหาว่าจ้าง อบรมพนักงาน - ดูแลงานธุรการ งานขายผักผลไม้ตกเกรดโรงงาน อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ดูแลงานความปลอดภัยพื้นฐาน งานจัดการระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในองค์กร งานระบบคุณภาพ ด้านการจัดการแรงงาน เป็นต้น รับการตรวจระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร - งาน อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหาร จัดการ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานบุคคล งานความปลอดภัย อย่างน้อย 1 ปี มีความรู้ด้านกฏหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
  3. มี Service Mind กล้าแสดงออก
  4. สามารถอบรมพนักงานในโรงงานได้เบื้องต้น ที่เกี่ยงข้องกับงานบุคคลธุรการ
  5. มีทักษะการพูด การสื่อสารที่ดี
  6. มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
  7. มีความขยัน อดทน มีความคล่องตัวในการทำงาน รับภาวะแรงกดดันได้
  8. สามารถใช้ คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office อื่นๆ
  9. มีประสบการณ์ในการรับการตรวจระบบคุณภาพ การจัดการด้านแรงงาน จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
  10. ได้รับการอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยระดับหัวหน้างาน หรือบริหาร จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
