Job Descriptions1. Provide IT technical support to users including installation, configuration, and maintenance and troubleshooting with outsource to resolve.
2. Provide helpdesk function to local/remote users with regards to desktop, laptop, software and peripheral issues with Head office.
3. To maintain and update IT Inventory and documentations.
4. Liaise with head office on System Implementation and support.
5. Other admin jobs; copy & fax machine, printers, CCTV and telephone.
