Job Descriptions

1. 主導新專案開發工作，工廠試產管理，新產品新線體導入。 2. 負責與終端客戶，ODM廠對接並收集專案相關資訊(含新品開發計畫、產品資料、技術規範及新品交付等)，並整理及發放到專案小組。 3. 熟悉新產品FATP開發流程，負責新產品專案打樣階段到批量生產階段流程推動。 4. 負責新產品導入過程中schedule的掌控和異常處理，追蹤確認4M+1E準備狀況。 5. 負責產品試產、量產階段生產安排及物料管控，開發、工程、重量、生產等跨部門有效溝通並解決風險問題。 6. 負責定期組織小組成員召開專案會議，對專案階段問題進行總結，確認問題關閉情況。 7. 負責量產機種不同廠區之間移轉工作。 Job Description: 1. Lead new project development, factory trial production management, new product and new line introduction. 2. Responsible for docking with end customers and ODM factories, collecting project related information (including new product development plan, product information, technical specifications and new product delivery, etc.), and sorting out and distributing to the project team. 3. Familiar with FATP development process of new products, responsible for promoting the process from proofing stage to mass production stage of new product projects. 4. Responsible for schedule control and exception handling in the process of new product introduction, tracking and confirming the preparation status of 4M+1E. 5. Responsible for production arrangement and material control at the trial and mass production stages of products, effective communication between development, engineering, weight, production and other departments and solving risk problems. 6. Responsible for regularly organizing team members to hold project meetings, summarizing problems in the project stage and confirming the closure of problems. 7. Responsible for the transfer of mass production projects between different factories.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of factory 3C project (keyboard, Mouse, Charger) management experience.
Experience in inter-plant (overseas factory) transfer is preferred.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, risk control, abnormal handling, cross-departmental coordination ability and pressure resistance.
Ability to report to senior management and clients independently.
Familiar with office software.
Have good experience in docking and receiving customers.
Fluent in Chinese, English and Thai, able to communicate with foreign customers, Thai language is a plus.
