Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities: •To handle day-to-day operations, e.g. commercial contract review, advertisement & marketing campaign review from legal perspective •To provide strategic legal advice to local management team in order to mitigate and control the potential business risk •To collaborate with legal team in Tokyo for strategic planning and potential projects such as M&A deals •To responsible for potential dispute resolution e.g. labour issue, consumer claims •To handle corporate issues (BOD, shareholders, registration, and other related matters) •To handle BOI issues (application for new project, regular report etc) •To build relationship with related government bodies e.g. FDA (for food safety), Consumer Protection Board (for consumer claims), BOI, MOC (for FBA) Key Requirements: •Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum 10 years post qualification experiences (PQE) •Thai lawyer license preferred •Advance language competency in Thai and English •Management skill •The ability to find out legal issue and propose the solution proactively •Can do attitude (work and think with business side as one team) •Self-motivated individual contributor

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum 10 years post qualification experiences (PQE).
Thai lawyer license preferred.
Advance language competency in Thai and English.
Management skill.
The ability to find out legal issue and propose the solution proactively.
Can do attitude (work and think with business side as one team).
Self-motivated individual contributor.
