Job Descriptions

1. IT Infrastructure Management (Multi-Site and Overseas): - Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure for multiple locations, ensuring seamless connectivity and standardization. - Monitor and optimize system performance across sites, addressing location-specific needs and challenges. - Manage WAN and VPN solutions to enable secure, reliable communication between domestic and overseas locations. - Coordinate with local teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure at remote and international offices. - Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, and networking equipment at all sites, including overseas. 2. Cybersecurity Implementation: - Develop and enforce global cybersecurity policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and standards. - Deploy and maintain security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection, across all locations. - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for all sites. - Respond to and mitigate security incidents affecting any location promptly. 3. System Administration and Maintenance: - Ensure regular updates, patches, and upgrades across all sites to maintain security and performance. - Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for multi-site and international operations. - Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles globally while adhering to security protocols. 4. Global Risk Management and Compliance: - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies tailored to diverse geographic locations. - Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001). - Coordinate security awareness and training programs for employees across all sites. 5. Multi-Site Collaboration and Support: - Act as the primary IT point of contact for multi-site and overseas offices. - Provide remote and on-site support for global teams, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity roles, with multi-site or international support experience preferred
CompTIA Security+, Network+, Knowledge of WAN, VPN, and hybrid cloud solutions for global connectivity
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP).
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Expertise in managing multi-site IT infrastructures, including networking, servers, and cloud platforms and proficiency in cybersecurity tools and global threat mitigation techniques.
