Job Descriptions
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems and drives. Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure 100% machine availability. Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities efficiently. Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize downtime to bring machines back online as quickly as possible. Analyze failure incidents and develop improvement plans to prevent future issues. Plan and implement improvement activities to enhance machine performance. Manage spare parts inventory effectively to reduce machine downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Instrument Engineer or in a similar role within industrial sectors.
  3. Knowledge of PLC systems, particularly Siemens S7 and PCS7,VFD,instrument as well as Siemens drives.
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
  5. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and system optimization.
  6. Ability to plan and execute maintenance tasks with attention to detail.
  7. Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
