Job Descriptions
• Perform operations according to assigned projects and day-to-day operations, including support daily incidents.
• The coordination for the installation of the software and system connection in the responsible area.
• To be the first tier who handle incident and troubleshoot problem.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report to customer.
• Able to give suggestion customer and support implementing work.
• Coordinate with customer and partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience in Software, Application Support, or related fields of no less than 1-5 years.
- Database knowledge as MySQL, mongo db.
- Security System (Firewall, Proxy, AAA Authentication)
- Network Management System (Network & System Monitoring)
- Having professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Linux, IT security) will be considered a plus.
