Job Descriptions

1.Collect customer feedback and satisfaction regarding the products. 2.Acquire and summarize data for quality trend reviews. 3.Support customer product analysis and testing. 4.Prepare a summary of the monthly report. 5.Control and update documents (e.g., work instructions and records).

Qualifications

Female, Aged between 22 - 29 years.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineer or related field)
At least 1 year of experience (experience in QA or QC is an advantage).
Good understanding and proficiency in English.
Basic skills in Microsoft office.
Basic understanding of process control flowcharts.
Diligent, honest, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills with co-workers.
Team-oriented and collaborative approach with demonstrated success in quality assurance.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills combined with the ability to think innovatively.
