Job Descriptions
HR and Admin - Handle overall loops in HR and General Administration tasks in office. - Handling Welfare & Benefits for all staffs, claim, insurance, SSO, provident fund, time attendance, management reporting. - Facilitate visa and work permit applications for foreign staff. - Training support, manage company events. - Handling office admin tasks, handle office supplies & office maintenance, purchasing office suppliers. - Other tasks assigned by president. HR Manager Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive company growth. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues and decisions. - Lead organizational development initiatives to ensure the company has the right talent to meet strategic objectives. Employee Relations: - Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. - Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Recruitment: - Develop recruitment plans and strategies according to the company's business needs and be responsible for recruiting various talents. Performance Management: - Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee appraisals. - Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development for employees. Compensation & Benefits: - Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Analyze compensation trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations. - Stay up to date with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, and ensure adherence across the organization. - Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
Qualifications
  1. achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in HR
  3. Strong knowledge of labor law, including compliance with local regulations.
  4. Proven track record of driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in using MS Office programs, HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  9. Good command of spoken and written English.
  10. Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
