Job Descriptions

•Develop New Product Growth Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of strategies to drive the growth of a new product, ensuring its successful market entry and expansion •Lead New Product Development (NPD): Oversee the NPD process from initial discovery through to post-launch, with a strong focus on leveraging consumer insights to create innovative and market-leading products. •Consumer & Market Insights: Ensure ongoing acquisition and application of strong consumer and market insights through regular consumer research and market visits, using these insights to inform and drive new product development. •Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives. •Compliance and Standards: Adhere to company regulations and maintain all implemented standard systems. •Explore New Projects: Identify and explore new project opportunities to drive innovation and growth within the product group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in research in marketing or other fields.
minimum 5 years experience in related product development Tasks & responsibilities (FMCG)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft excel, PowerPoint.
Focus on New Product Development, end to end, food is preferred
Good English is required, as may need to communicate with CEO
