Job Descriptions
- Conduct quality audit on plastic part based on specified criteria and record result digitally and manually - Ability to use various types of gauges and measuring equipment, including CMM and vision measuring machine - Ability to read and interpret drawing, including geometric dimentioning and tolerancing (GD&T) - General Administration: Prepare report, ensure all quality records are up to date and filled correctly. General filing, data entry and other various office types task - Train Machine operator on quality standard and applicable procedures; ensure enforcement of procedure and policies - Must wear PPE and follow all specified guideline - Participate in new product introduction team - Participate in countinous improvement activities - Familiar with ISO system
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, above 25 years old
  2. Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
  3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management system is an asset.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Inventory management system an asset.
  5. Knowledge of Imperial and Metric system.
  6. Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
  7. Experience with measuring devices (Verniers, micrometers, etc) is an asset.
  8. Good attention to detail and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
