Job Descriptions
- Assist the Sales Department in providing exceptional customer service.
- Accompany customers to tour rooms and provide detailed information about the properties.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for rental customers efficiently.
- Manage the company's Line OA and the customer's contract
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Work independently to manage daily responsibilities and proactively address challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
