Job Descriptions
1.Lead optimizes manpower use for productivity improvement
2.Analyses process to eliminate loss time in production line
3.Reduces motion and movement of manpower in process for productivity increase
4.Calculate and control manpower as process standard to meet monthly plan
5.Calculate and improves line capacity to meet production plan
6.Calculate and controls usage production accessory for optimize in process
7.Study and improve of line concept to development pro-active improve line lay-out
8.Study and improve material flow to shorten transfer path
9.To supervise a fixed asset control team to achieve the asset control policies
10.To support Implementing to new controls/procedures and improve the fixed asset control efficiency
11.Response process Traceability(BPTS)system control and improvement
12.Support Kaizen, Suggestion ,ISO and Other activities
13.Supervises and manages the job function to achieve company policy and target
14.Knows your customer's expectation and drives action to meet them
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering field
- Age :25 Years old up
- 3 years or more experience in Electronics Manufacturing
- Have Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point skill
- Good command of English language
- Good Quality mindset ,ability work under pressure
