Job Descriptions
Benefit functions: •Coordinate with external services such as: Housing loan, student loan, social insurance, Disabled Funding, visa work permit and other related to HR service. •Coordinate with Line Manager for staff probation approval. •Manage HR application: enter and exit employees online on mobile application, history record, check OT, check time in-out, press approval in the system for salary certificates, request to cancel vacation days, give advice to employees about unrecorded time. •Monitor medical checkup: from staff new joiner, annual checkup and issued PO. •Monthly submitted to Social Insurance, Birthday Gift, •Providing baskets for visiting sick staff and flowers for staff funeral ceremony. •Implement finger scan and staff card for entry office. •Take care of the pre-employment health check of new employees and send it to Payroll for a refund to employees after the check-up. Recruitment functions: •Monitor the channels for recruiting candidates for non-technical junior level. •Supporting senior recruitment for set up interviews and follow up interviews, •Implement On Barding process: health checks before working, background checks, signing employment contracts. •Monitor HRIS system: creating a database of new employees and out put for staff resignation. •Conduct employee orientation. •Coordinate with IT and Purchasing for preparation of work materials and equipment: computers, notebooks, name card, mobile phone from entering and leaving the office. •Assist senior recruitment staff in scheduling interviews and follow up on interviews.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources and business administration.
  2. Experience of 3-7 years in Human Resources benefits and recruitment function.
  3. Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  4. Background in recruitment or recruitment support.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address benefits-related issues.
  6. Strong attention to detail of paperwork and ability to maintain confidential information.
  7. Fair command of English for writing and reading, basic conversation is open.
  8. Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
