Job Descriptions

• Formulate development policy and adoption plan, manage execution (policy is created in cooperation with the factory department. Participate in supplier surveys as appropriate) • Apply to mass production after design, evaluation, and review. Support technical aspects of quality control • Confirm specifications of target parts, evaluation plan, evaluation execution, result summary, review (Identify issues to be considered from changes and solve them to promote early adoption) • Confirm the validity of manufacturing quality (supplier). (Provide guidance to ensure process management that satisfies technical requirements specifications) • Create related 2D drawings, configuration tables, specifications and instruction manuals, and standard application documents • Other assign tasks Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:15 (Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 35-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years as Purchase or Supplier management in home appliances or Electrical Equipment manufacturing.
Experience cost reduction or value engineering in the home appliance and automotive industries.
At least 2 years of management experience as Manager
Conversational middle level English (Contact supplier local / oversea (India))
Good command of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of materials and parts.
Able to read drawing 2D.
Development experience related to home appliances (especially at an air conditioning equipment company) is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in handling and reviewing development events is preferable.
Working experience related to quality control in manufacturing" is preferable.
