1. สร้างสรรค์ไอเดียคิดและพัฒนาไอเดียใหม่ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายขององค์กร ลูกค้า หรือแคมเปญ 2. ออกแบบคอนเทนต์และผลิตเนื้อหา เช่น โฆษณา วิดีโอ กราฟิก หรือข้อความที่น่าสนใจและเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 3. สื่อสารและทำงานกับทีมงานอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมการตลาด ทีมดีไซน์ หรือโปรดักชัน 4. วางแผนและนำเสนอไอเดียเสนอแนวคิดหรือคอนเซปต์งานให้กับลูกค้าหรือทีมบริหาร 5. ติดตามเทรนด์อัปเดตตัวเองเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มใหม่ๆในวงการเพื่อสร้างงานที่ทันสมัยและตอบโจทย์ขององค์กร
