Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for IT department management and build excellent team performance. 2. Responsible for user request related to IT matter (system application, cybersecurity, Information security and etc.) 3. Work closely with Corp. IT and operation teams, hands-on role support operation requirements and define effective and efficient IT solutions. 4. Manage the allocation of infrastructure resources (compute, storage, network) to optimize utilization and cost-effectiveness. 5. Follow and execute global and regional IT standards, policies and guidelines to ensure full compliance with corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above
Experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, with specific expertise in Networking or ERP system administration and management.
With experience in leading business process analysis and implement system to support business process requirement.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and delivery results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of IT security protocol, data privacy, and regulatory compliance related to Networking or ERP system.
8 year+ IT leader experience.
Can communicate well in Chinese
