Job Descriptions

•HR with specialization in Talent Development and Leadership Management function. •Working closely with business leaders and management teams in all functions to identify organizational training needs to align with business growth •Manage and support the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs based on their job functions and individual strengths and weaknesses •Ensure the organization’s talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on organizational capabilities and operational effectiveness •Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate •Perform special projects as needed following regional talent development and leadership management strategies •English & Thai can be used as a working language, able to speak Chinese would be advantage. - Monday – Friday

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Working closely with business leaders and management teams in all functions to identify organizational training needs to align with business growth
Manage and support the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs based on their job functions and individual strengths and weaknesses
Ensure the organization’s talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on organizational capabilities and operational effectiveness
Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate
Perform special projects as needed following regional talent development and leadership management strategies
English & Thai can be used as a working language, able to speak Chinese would be advantage.
3+ years’ experience
