Job Descriptions

Job Description: - Provide technical support for internal software systems like ERP - Oracle NetSuite, Monday.com, and HumanOS. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations for internal teams. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and improvements. - Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflows and software utilization. - Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures. - Collaborate with departments to enhance workflows and system performance. - Develop and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and support guides for company software systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in software support or a similar role.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) and collaboration tools such as Google Drive, MS Teams, Monday.com, and Cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and support processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and user support.
Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
