Job Descriptions
Description of Work :
- Support development and lead reliability assessment of technology transfer.
- Overall management of plant quality and mentor team to develop strong capabilities.
- To ensure manufacturing line is complied with GMP/HACCP system and F/G produced is complied with standards and regulations.
- To lead and contribute to root cause investigation of product non-conformance, complaint and CAPA.
- To support both internal and external audit.
- To participate and contribute quality point of view in technical review.
- To be partner with Business Unit to execute process improvement and fully support to minimize material issues.
- Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementation such as GHPs, HACCP, BRC etc.
Qualifications
- Male / Female 30 years up.
- Bachelor's degree in Food science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related filed in science.
- Experience in Quality control or Quality Assurance as Assistant Manager 2 years up.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal communication.
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs well.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP,BRC,ISO,HALAL standard, All Food's Regulations of Thailand and other countries
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
