Job Descriptions
Manage, monitor and control operational departments (Production+SMT, QC, Engineer, Wearhouse, Purchase), operation policies and procedure to ensure efficient and effective operation as following:
Production(including SMT):
•Manage, monitor, and control all related production activities, make sure all conform with overall production plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, and lead time.
•Supervise PMC on production planning based on Production Instruction/Shipping Instruction.
•Supervise PMC on checking and controlling the material in factories, make sure materials will not be shortage based on production plan.
•Supervise PMC on daily production output QTY, confirm to meet daily target; Production completion rate to be 100% base on Shipping Instruction.
•Reduce NG rate and to increase productivity by 3% per year.
•Production consumable material cost expect to reduce 1% per year.
QC:
•No big customer claim is a must, control NG return at low level; once there is claim, lead the team to find root cause and improve.
•Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations.
•Ensure all Quality processes are smooth; QC operator team is working efficiently & independently; No NG material release into production line, no mistake caused by QC check.
•Maintain and implement ISO 9001: 2015 system; ensure that all documents from all departments are controlled and updated based on DCC standard and follow Quality management system.
•Check and confirm BOMs, drawings, new samples and first article products in case of new model / new process to make sure that product is matched with customer’s requirement.
Engineer:
•Analyse and repair NG products within a specified period of time; find root cause and implement corresponding preventive actions, keep NC/NG rate at low level.
•Debug all machine problems, machine downtime rate ≤3%.

Qualifications
- Male /Female, age between 30-50 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics field, electrical Engineer, Industrial engineer, or another related field
- At least 5 years experiences in electronics fields and at least 8 years of factory management system
- Have experience about strategy development, Sales improvement, Cost Reduction, and Continuous Improvement : CI
- Have experience in Quality system, ISO9001, ISO14001 or has been QMR or EMR
- Strong leadership skill, good communication and enthusiastic
- Good English skill and computer skill is a must, able to speak Chinese will be advantaged
