Job Descriptions
•Lead S&OP planning to maximize output/profit of company.
•Planning and overseeing operation (production & Supply Chain) to ensure performance target, within budget(cost) and quality standard.
•Implement 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma improvement project in operation area.
•Maximize Efficiency of Machine including Preventive Maintenance
•Ensure discipline of operation team & develop operation team.
•Manage Supplier Base and Negotiation with suppliers.
•Incorporate with Sales and Installation team to ensure project completion as per plan.
•Communication with internal /External stake holder on change of planning
•Ensure compliant of Supply Chain Policy/ Accounting Policy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
- Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
- Master’s degree in Operation Management/Supply Chain/MBA is preferred.
- Overall Experience is more than 10 years.
- Operation Management Experience is more than 5 years (Product company is preferred, not project)
- Understanding financial/Accounting knowledge e.g. Cash flow, P&L
- Track record of Improvement project related with Production/Supply Chain e.g. Six Sigma, LEAN project, waste reduction, cost reduction.
- ERP implementation experiences
- Strong people management skill and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English
- Specifications Expert In Automotive, Electronic Industry
