Job Descriptions
- Manage and decompose sales targets, and manage the overall sales target progress. (Inform sales staff of the sales volume they need to achieve). - Coordinate with sales staff on the payment collection progress. - Insure the spare parts sales business with Sinosure. - Assist the finance department in issuing invoices for spare parts products entering and leaving the warehouse. - Calculate sales commissions. - Review sales contracts. - Sales training. - Conduct market research on new products, including products, prices, consumer trends, etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  3. Strong experience in aftermarket, and have heavy machine spare part knowledge
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Highly self-motivated
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
