Job Descriptions
Tasks & responsibilities - Control ,Investigate and verify issues, perform preliminary problem-solving actions upon receiving quality complaints related to raw materials or parts. - Notify suppliers of issues, request corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on the results of these actions. - Oversee the preparation of requests for corrective and preventive actions from suppliers. - Collaborate with relevant departments in planning, developing, and controlling the quality of new products from suppliers and Nut - Re-grade inspection process. - Review, verify, and present documents such as PPAP and Waivers for approval by the Quality Assurance Manager. - Execute the department's action plans to achieve the quality objectives (Key Measurable) set for the department/area.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Supplier quality assurance or direct experience in the relevant field.
  3. Familiarity with APQP, MSA, and quality control standards.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving methodologies, such as Why-Why Analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Ability to communicate in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher being a plus
