Job Descriptions
Role Overview As an HR Manager at bTaskee TH , you’ll drive the people strategy that fuels our growth. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader skilled in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll play a critical part in building a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports our fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with leadership to priorities HR initiatives and drive employee engagement. - Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. - Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and collaboration. - Implement performance reviews, development plans, and training programs. - Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. - Leverage HR analytics to assess and enhance HR programs. - Mentor and guide the HR team, fostering a high-performing department.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, labor laws, and employee relations.
  4. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  6. Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
  7. Proficient in HR tools and systems.
  8. Must own a personal laptop for work.
