Job Descriptions
- Research and build relationships with new clients - Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients - Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs - Understanding the job requirements and sourcing, screening matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully - Follow up and give feedback to the Career Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interview - Plan and work with the team to develop business proposals that speak to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives - Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets - Perform other related duties as required. Company: Reeracoen Eastern Seaboard Co., Ltd.Location: Harbor Mall, Laemchabang, ChonburiWork Hours: 8:30-17:30 PM (Mon-Fri) (Office 3 days / Hybrid work)
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-33 years old
  2. New graduates are accepted
  3. Bachelor or higher degree in any field
  4. Have working experience of at least 2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field
  5. Being sales orientated and have worked to targets and on commission
  6. Ability to communicate in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
