Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our beverage products, increase brand visibility, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
- Manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Create compelling content for various platforms such as social media, company websites, and print advertising to engage target audiences.
- Monitor and manage the budget for marketing projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing detailed reports to senior management and recommending improvements.
- Stay abreast of new trends in the beverage industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to keep the company at the forefront of the sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the beverage industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the consumer insight, data analytics lifecycle and data insight presentation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
