Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities
Manage all HR functions for the Thailand subsidiary, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies and strategies at the local level.
Act as a strategic partner to local management, providing HR solutions to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
Oversee core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
Serve as a bridge between the headquarters and the local subsidiary, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with global HR practices.
Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve HR efficiency.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team cohesion.
Lead and participate in cross-cultural projects and initiatives to support the integration of diverse teams.
Handle other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by the management team.
