Job Descriptions

• Monitor the logistics process for quality and ensure standard procedures are followed. • Analyze root causes of issues and suggest corrective actions. • Check if operations comply with WI regularly (decide the schedule in advance). • Work with the Parts team to address and investigate client claims. • Analyze causes and implement corrective and preventive measures. • Regularly provide training to staff to raise quality awareness. • Share knowledge about quality standards and new procedures. • Be the main contact during inspections from customers or authorities. • Prepare and coordinate to ensure smooth inspections. • Regularly suggest improvements to enhance logistics quality. • Use data analysis to implement effective improvements. • Other assigned job from Japanese General manager or management Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata city Chonburi Working Hour: 7:40-16:40(Mon-Fri, Saturday 2times per month depends on company calendar)

Qualifications

Age 35-45 years
Female / Male
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years’ experience of Quality control or logistics management in Distribution business or automobiles industry
At least 3 years’ experience more than Assistant Manager level
Conversational middle to high level of English
Can commute by yourself
Strong experience related for improvement quality control in Distribution, warehouse business or automobiles industry
Have experience as study aboard or working in foreign country (English native country or Japan, Europe, etc.)
Not job hopper
