Job Descriptions
-Take care overall of production line as project assign -Study process plan and process method for New Model -Support product preparation for New Model - Set up WI For New Model - Analyze process and calculate length pipe dwg or 3D file - Plan and control operation processes to achieve set goals. - Prepare New machine trial, summary reports and highlight departmental issues for supervisors. - Sourcing supplier standard part and issue PR PO - Other tasks related to cost saving and efficiency improving
Qualifications
  1. Male Age 27-32 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  3. 3 years’ experience working in industries or related field
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/MS Office/CAD 2D 3D/PLC
  5. Communication and Influencing skill
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate leadership skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and responsible.
  8. Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO14001).
  9. Lean line design and Manufacturing design, Machine design knowledge according to Capacity, Safety, Quality basis.
