Job Descriptions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage regional Modern trade channel including expanding new Modern trade channel for more sales opportunity.
- Support and coordinating with the distributor as assigned modern trade channel (Main customer) , and etc.
- Reach sales goal and assist in developing the company to have better outcome and reach its best potential in this industry.
- Research different brands including product information, promotion and for seeing new trends.
- Follow up / Coordinate about quotation, purchased order, price structure, delivery, credit note documentation with all relative team and distributor.
- Provide product training and present new product for assigned Modern trade channel identified the benefit compared with a competitor.
- Monitoring sales and distribution performance (Weekly – Monthly – Quarterly), sales analysis report and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure that the work process is shared to the peers, and important issues should be reported Country Manager directly.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Sales Experience with extensive knowledge of lighting business and electronic products including the FMCG and lights (Bulbs, LEDs and other lighting related products)
- Strong research, negotiation, and communication skill
- Basic computer skills and experienced with tracking and recording call information, filling and updating documents to customers
- Fluency in Thai and English, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Graduate with Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field
- Good relationship in team work
- Age between 25-35 years old and Thai Nationality
