Job Descriptions
1. วางแผน เตรียมการทดลองและปรับปรุง เพื่อให้สามารถทำการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆออกมาได้ตามกำหนด 2. รับผิดชอบ และพัฒนาด้านกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดความสูญเปล่า 3. มีการปรับปรุงการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้นตามความต้องการของบริษัทฯ 4. สนับสนุนนโยบายของบริษัทฯ และแผนกลยุทธ์ของแผนก 5. สนับสนุนข้อมูลทาง Technic / Knowhow ให้กับแผนกผลิต เพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 6. สนับสนุนในเรื่องของนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมและนโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ 7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22 - 35 ปี, เพศชาย - หญิง, วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรเคมี, พอลิเมอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ไม่ต้องมีประสบการณ์ หากมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิศษ
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอ่านและเขียนแบบ 2D , 3D DWG ได้
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้
  5. มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ ทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานได้ดี
