Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the formulation, modification, update and review of the department's SOP/SIP to ensure the standardization of on-site work. 2. Responsible for evaluating and introducing new equipment and new technologies to improve the ability to detect defective products. 3. Responsible for the preparation of external audits and customer questionnaire feedback, and accompany on-site audits. 4. Responsible for pre-job training and skill assessment for new employees. 5. Responsible for updating the customer regulations and the implementation of the landing inspection of the customer regulations to ensure the effectiveness of the quality inspection. 6. Responsible for evaluating and formulating the release standards of suspicious products, ensuring the standardization and rationalization, control quality risk. 7. Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of ERP system, ensure the smoothness of on-site work, and improve efficiency. 8. Responsible for rectifying and giving feedback on audit deficiencies and customer complaints about CAR, and formulating improvement plans. 9. Assist the supervisor to optimize the internal management system and improve the internal CPU. 10. Tasks and other matters assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or relate field.
More than 2 years of relevant work experience in PCB laboratory，familiar with micro-section.
Be modest and steady, Strong affinity，have a strong sense of responsibility, have no bad habits, be good at listening, be able to quickly integrate into the team.
Strong ability to work under pressure, strong ability to act, and be able to take the initiative to plan, take the initiative to carry out work and report.
Strong learning ability, dare to question, and have certain level of leadership skill.
Command of MS Office application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc..
Good Command of English or Chinese.
