Job Descriptions
1. ANSWERING QUESTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS; SUGGESTING INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES.
2. RESOLVE MINOR PROBLEMS
3. MANAGE SAMPLES TO BE SENT OUT FOR ANALYSIS AS PER REQUESTED BY CUSTOMERS
4. OPEN JOB ORDERS ACCORDING TO THE SCOPE OF WORK NOMINATED BY THE CUSTOMERS.
5. ISSUING CERTIFICATES OR REPORTS AS PER REQUESTED BY CLIENT
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 2 to 3 years of working experience will be prefer.
- Good communication skill
- Systematic and Analytical thinking
- Customer service mind
