Finance and Accounting Officer

Job Descriptions
Finance
1. Maintain accurate financial records management.
2. Prepare to process transfers and payment
3. Complete payments & Control expenses, verify & reconcile invoice
4. Preparing statement & monthly report
5. Support other financial and accounting operations with ad-hoc assignments
Accounting
1. Responsible for Accounting: mainly as AP
2. Collecting Accounting data and expenses by Excel file and input in company data base
3. To prepare tax and submit to government
4. Support for monthly closing
5. Other tasks as assigned
Data Analytics
1. Collect data from various software development projects.
2. Provide visualizations to management.
3. Knowledge and experience with Power BI or other data and statistical tools (an advantage).
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
- At least 0- 3 years experience in Accounting field
- Good command in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Able to make Data Analytics
